In other words, development of the individual’s ‘personality’. Character Building is an educational movement, towards planting roots to one’s core; ethical (recognizing what’s right) and performance (doing what’s right) values such as sensitivity of conscience/gratitude, honesty, discipline, responsibility, joyfulness, grit, creativity, critical thinking, and self-confidence.
